Rocket Bottle Plus Inventor

In August of 2015, Archie Askie inventor of Rocket Bottle Plus was stationed in Afghanistan and needed a suitable device to mix his protein drinks. With limited resources, it was nearly an impossible task to find the right blender that was portable, lightweight, and easy-to-use. Archie recognized this problem and being a warrior by body, and innovator by mind, formulated the perfect device to suit his nutritional needs. This device was named the Rocket Bottle Plus.

Rocket Bottle Plus Multiple Uses

The Rocket Bottle Plus is designed to let the user make blended drinks such as margaritas, smoothies, or protein shakes on the go. The Rocket Bottle Plus is perfect for the beach, camping, road trips, gym, or tailgating for the big game because unlike traditional blenders it doesn’t require an outlet to operate. Simply charge the Rocket Bottle Plus and use it whenever you are ready to make your favorite blended drinks.

Rocket Bottle Plus Features

The Rocket Bottle Plus sports a sleek design that is aesthetically pleasing and functional. Its rechargeable motor spins 6 blades at a baffling 18,000 RPM, and of course, it is lightweight and portable to make blending on the go a breeze. Other features are below:

  • Leak Proof
  • Odor and Stain Resistant
  • Easy to Clean
  • Holds 22oz (650ml)
  • 6 blade blending system
  • Up to 18,000 RPM
  • Rechargeable Batteries (20 blends or 2 hours run time)
  • Designed in America

Rocket Bottle Plus is Odor/Stain Resistant

Surveys show that 81% of people own multiple shaker bottles and blenders, and the Rocket Bottle Plus aims to cut that number down to one for everybody. 45% of these owners replace their mixer every 6 months and 75% of these owners experienced a foul odor coming from their shaker or blender.

The Rocket Bottle Plus will be the last blender bottle you will ever need, serving as a mixer that also blends ice, fruits, and vegetables. With its odor and stain resistant design, you will be able to drink in comfort without the foul smell of previous mixes.

Overall, the Rocket Bottle Plus will eliminate the need for fragile shaker bottles and bulky blenders leaving you with more money in your pocket to buy more nutritional supplements, take a vacation, and/or spend quality time with your loved ones.

The Rocket Bottle Plus is poised to take the blending and nutritional world by storm at an affordable price. Rocket Bottle, LLC is allowing early supporters to take advantage and is offering exclusive prices and rewards via his Kickstarter campaign that is coming soon.

The new crowdfunding portal provides investors with direct access to top-performing hotel investments and streamlines the fundraising process for hotel owners and developers

By Robert Hoskins

Miami, Florida – iCrowd Hotels, Inc. announced the launch of its new proprietary online hotel crowdfunding platform. The innovative platform, which is focused on hotel properties across the globe, answers the mounting demand for direct access to tangible, top-performing hotel investments, as well as the need from owners and developers for a more streamlined and efficient fundraising process.

iCrowd Hotels Opens Premier Real Estate Crowdfunding Site to Pair Hotel Developers with Hungry Real Estate Investors

“Our crowdfunding platform has been in development for the past 18 months, with the goal of creating the premier hotel crowdfunding site. Since the adoption of Title II of the JOBS Act, and the passage of Regulation A+, there is an incredible untapped potential for private investors to diversify their portfolios and become pioneer crowd investors in the lucrative hospitality market,” said Ted Farnsworth, chairman and founder of iCrowdHotels, Inc.

“According to experts Massolution and Bloomberg, global crowdfunding is expected to reach $34.4 billion this year and real estate crowdfunding to top $250 billion by the end of 2020. We have opened the door to enable individuals to hold a valuable stake in premium hotel properties across the globe for as little as $10,000,” Farnsworth continued.

iCrowdHotels’ online platform will put the power directly in the hands of the investor by providing state-of-the-art technology that allows users to closely track the composition of their hotel portfolios, along with fundraising progress for properties in crowd investing status.  For owners and developers looking to raise capital, iCrowdHotels’ seamless tools allow for easy management and tracking of fundraising progress.

The company is now working on the release of its planned hotel pipeline comprised of more than $130 million in current deals in key markets including New York City, Miami, California and Europe. It will be working strategically with its partners to systematically choose the appropriate properties for the crowdfunding platform.

The company has also been tactically building its team of highly experienced industry veterans. Carl J. Schramm, an expert on new business strategy and innovation, has been advising the company during its early formation. Schramm, a professor at Syracuse University, served as president of the Kauffman Foundation until 2012, leading it to global preeminence in encouraging entrepreneurship and its link to economic development.

iCrowd Hotels, Inc. is a real estate developer and investor with a groundbreaking hospitality strategy focused on the millennial market. Situated in the forefront of the real estate crowdfunding movement, iCrowd Hotels is defining itself as the premier portal of its kind, seeking to create a marketplace in which hotel real estate developers and investors will come together to forge mutually beneficial relationships.

Taking sight of the positive outlook for the hospitality market, its foremost thrust is hotels but it is an equity-based crowdfunding portal that may offer different types of investment properties as well. Setting iCrowd Hotels apart is the fact that it affords the investor an in-depth knowledge of how the hotel industry functions.

By Robert Hoskins

Palm Springs, CA – Realty Mogul, along with Kittridge Hotels & Resorts announced that stakes in the Hard Rock Hotel in Palm Springs are officially sold out!  This news marks crowdfunding history as the Hard Rock Hotel in Palm Springs will go down as the first operating hotel in the United States to successfully use crowdfunding.

In total, Realty Mogul raised over $1.5 million for the project, spread across 85 investors around the nation.  In addition to the potential financial benefits of being an equity owner in the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs, individual investors in the hotel are receiving VIP benefits including free use of the hotel owner poolside cabana, 25% discounts off the best available room rates, free room upgrades and much more.

“Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs is excited to be the first crowdfunded hotel in the nation and we’re honored to have completed this transaction with Realty Mogul, the leader in real estate crowdfunding,” said Andy Carpiac of Kittridge Hotels & Resorts, LLC.  “Our staff is thrilled we have the privilege of servicing our new owners at the hotel and treating them all to an exceptional level of VIP service.  For all of our new investors, Hard Rock Hotel Owners Cards are in the mail.”

“This is a historic time for both Realty Mogul and Hard Rock as hospitality makes so much sense coupled with crowdfunding, ” saidJilliene Helman, CEO of Realty Mogul.  Not only can hotel owners raise capital for their projects, but they can drive bottom line results through a network of investors that are staying at the property, touting the property and encouraging their friends and relatives to frequent the property.”

For Realty Mogul, the Hard Rock Hotel Palm Springs marks just the beginning as the company will be actively crowdfunding more hotel transactions in the near future.
